In celebration of Django Reinhardt’s 100th birthday, guitar virtuoso Frank Vignola, a leading proponent of Reinhardt’s gypsy jazz style of playing, has assembled a topnotch ensemble for a searing tribute to one of his earliest musical influences.

Liner Notes

Django Reinhardt was not only one of the if not the most influential guitarist of the last 100 years but also was a prolific composer composing almost 100 brilliant songs in his 20 years of recording. I chose 10 of my favorites spanning his brief life here on earth. I hope you enjoy. FV
